DESIGN Sales ENGINEER

To produce 3D Models & 2D drawings from customer applications for quotation, ordering & manufacturing purposes.  Liasing with the Product & Area Sales Managers to ensure customer specifications are adhered to.

Promote the company products through direct marketing and sales activities to prospective clients, establish and generate leads whilst maintaining excellent business relationships ensuring the most appropriate technology is applied.

Due to expansion this Bedford based company are seeking a time served mechanical engineer with hands on and 3D CAD experience in a related industry, ideally Unigraphics NX &/or Solid Works.

The ability to estimate costs for quotation and assist in the presenting of designs to customers in a professional manner to obtain orders both by telephone & with joint customer visits. And carry out general adhoc duties as required.

SAles operations manager

Responsible for leading and developing a highly motivated operations team covering engineering and continuous improvement disciplines. 

Improve the sales operational management, lead direct support function teams, project Manage to ensure the efficient execution of sales support activities in order to deliver the required profitability. You will contribute to the strategic plan and to business development alongside the promotion of client satisfaction and long term client relationships. 

Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency & effectiveness of projects such as export/import process, ensuring KPIs are achieved, establishing regular reviews of project profitability and progress the operations / capacity planning process and its interface with sales.
