methods. You will also be required to create the CNC programs for
both CNC milling and turning centres and design tooling to support
the selected manufacturing methods, liaising with the design

| Experience |
You must be fully conversant with all aspect of machining,
fitting and welding, and ideally have knowledge / experience of
electric motors, pumps, and rotating equipment. |
| Qualifications |
Ideally qualified to ONC or the equivalent preferably in
mechanical engineering, along with apprenticeship training and
experience in a DFM engineering role. |

To carry out Environmental and general
development and qualification tasks on mechanical and electronic
products. Environmental tests on company products using
Environmental chambers and shakers in conjunction with electrical,
electronic and mechanical equipment and analogue and digital
instrumentation. Design and setting up of mechanical, pneumatic
and hydraulic systems
Writing of Technical documents for both
Environmental testing and general engineering, including test
procedures, Engineering Reports, Compliance Analysis, Equipment
Specifications and Production Acceptance Test Specifications.
Involvement in the design process, working
with engineers including Design, Stress, Configuration, Materials
etc Perform data analysis, assess trends to identify and help
resolve generator performance issues. Ability to perform 6 sigma
assessment for various test process. |
| Experience |
Excellent communication skills along with a Broad Development /
certification knowledge and experience e.g. thorough understanding
of all aspects of Environmental Engineering and Development
Engineering including Compliance Verification, Technical Risk,
compilation of technical documentation, use of instrumentation. |

Ideally qualified to degree - mechanically biased with some
electrical experience desirable. Proven experience of Environmental
testing including but not limited to Vibration, shock, acceleration,
temperature, humidity and altitude testing |

Joining a team of Technical Engineers, key
tasks will include electrical circuit design, production and
updating electrical, mechanical and P&I drawings using AutoCAD LT,
compiling operating and maintenance manuals and inputting bills of
materials and works orders into the MRP systems.
You will also be responsible for maintaining
works files and documentation, quality control including inspection,
testing and site installation inspections. |
| Experience |
This position would suit a electrical/mechanical engineer or
senior technician, a CAD user with experience in industry within a
HVAC, industrial equipment manufacturing or process engineering
related environment is seen as ideal. Ideally you will have the
relevant experience coupled with 5 GCSE o levels including Maths and
a science plus a further technical qualification at ONC level or
higher. Graduates will be considered. |
