*Duties*	The primary accountability of this highly challenging and rewarding role is the responsibility and achievement of the teams customer satisfaction, quality, delivery and cost standards, sales and margin performance, lean manufacturing strategy and policy and strategy initiatives :p> Your duties will include the management, leading and motivating of an existing team, contributing to the strategic planning process of developing and implementing the operations strategy across the manufacturing unit. Ensure demand is managed through maintenance of the MPS, liaising with the relevant departments, and maintain consistent communication throughout the supply chain. :p> You will be required to ensure compliance to all EH&S goals & objectives. Verify capacity and capability are continually planned in order to meet agreed customer requirements.:p> :p>Oversee the use of Lean techniques and principles through the structure of Workshops, and with the application of Six Sigma and Defect Review all levels of opportunities for continuous improvement and waste elimination are identified and acted upon.:p> Manage the interface with the PIM Process to optimise business performance. Performance management and development of all employees. :p>:p>

*Qualifications*	Qualified to degree, with a strong management experience and the ability to lead, motivate and build teams. Well developed interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. Along with proven experience of achieving targets in a dynamic manufacturing environment, and excellent knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques, e.g. Lean Manufacturing. :p>
