| Duties |
Manage, co-ordinate and record diagnostic
evaluations (fault finding) of PCB’s to ensure meets customer
delivery commitments.
Responsible for the creation, update, accuracy and maintenance of a
diagnosis / fault finding Excel based data base. Suggest
improvements to test methodology, manage the review of rejects to
ensure appropriate communication between relevant parties and
support daily production meetings with live figures and dates of
product in fault diagnosis.
Fundamental knowledge of electronics circuit design and the ability
to read engineering drawings, schematics and specifications along
with excellent analytical, numerical and planning skills.
Based near Dunstable this large
multinational company are seeking a professional, energetic, results
oriented individual, able to lead by example and driven to achieve
exacting targets. Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
within a team and to use own initiative. |
| Experience |
A proven track record in
diagnostic electronic engineering ability to fault find to component
level and problem solve in complex electronic circuits. An
understanding of production test equipment, including power
supplies, oscilloscopes, ATE etc and experience of record keeping,
data tracking and report writing. |

Manager operating a Siemens Siplace surface mount line, which
consists of Ultraprint MPM2000 screen printer, Simens Siplace S20,
Simens Siplace 80F4 and SMT Reflow Oven. Responsible for the
quality, throughput of the line and hitting deadlines. Your duties
will also include setting the line, planning, line maintenance and
ordering stencils. |

to the calibration, alignment, assembly and modification of laser
assemblies and optics in accordance with product/process
documentation.
Reporting to the Manager your duties will include the full

Complete on-the-job training will be given.
